Implementation of the Integrated Management System (comprises of Quality, Safety & Health and Environmental) throughout the AZSB and projects construction period is one of the advantages for us to fulfill the client’s expectation and satisfaction. This is in line with our certification in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
The policies and procedures developed in the IMS are a set of mandatory requirements for all operating units with the intent to fortify our Management System implementation and foster a culture of sustainable approach in the organization.
Sound Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental practices were also adopted in our daily construction activities in order to ensure the quality of our product and promote the health, safety of our employees and protect the environment.
Quality Control Management
AZRB emphasises on “Doing Things Right First Time, Every Time" in all of our construction activities in order to provide confidence to our customers that their requirements are met, while our quality control processes ensure that the final delivered product conforms to and meets all required specifications.
In ensuring the high quality of our project deliverables, AZRB has developed the AZRB Internal Quality Assessment “AIQA”. The assessment scheme to evaluate the quality of workmanship,records as well as the non-conformance during construction. AIQA measures constructed works against standard specification and enable quality standard assessment to be carried out systematically.
